Version 2026-09-14. HazirCV is run by Imran Khan, an individual developer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using HazirCV you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old.
HazirCV scores your CV against a published, deterministic rubric, helps you improve its wording, and exports it in Gulf and international formats. There is no guarantee of employment, interviews, or any hiring outcome. Applicant tracking systems and recruiters differ; our score is our own measure, not theirs.
Paid features rewrite text with an AI model. Our software checks the output against your original CV and flags employers, titles, dates, certifications or figures it cannot find, but the software is not infallible. You are responsible for confirming that everything in your CV and cover letter is true before you use it. Never submit a document you have not read.
The free tier gives you a full score with sub-scores, the top three fixes with locations, and one exported PDF per CV version that carries a small "Built with HazirCV" line. Free scores are limited per day and per 30 days, more tightly for anonymous use. Limits are enforced on our servers.

"Pack" means two different things, so we name them apart. A credit is an allowance to run AI generation — the app screens call this a "pack", and your balance is shown that way. An application pack is the saved bundle of documents you produce for one job. Credits are what you buy; application packs are what you make with them, and they are kept for 180 days (see the Privacy Policy).
What Pro actually allows. Pro is not literally unlimited. It allows 20 credits per calendar month in standard-price markets, and 12 in the lower-price markets, which are India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, the Philippines and Egypt. Your market is the country of your app-store account, not your location or device language. The app shows the cap that applies to you on the purchase screen before you pay, and your remaining balance at any time.
How credits are counted and reset. A full generation costs 1 credit; regenerating a single section costs 0.25. The allowance resets on the 1st of each calendar month, in UTC. It does not roll over: an unused Pro allowance does not carry into the next month, because it is an allowance rather than something you bought. Purchased Starter Pack credits are different and never expire.
Failed generations are not charged. If a generation fails, the credits it reserved are returned in full, including any bonus credits, exactly as they were taken.
Which credits are spent first. Bonus credits from referrals are spent first, soonest to expire first, so you do not lose them to an expiry date while paid credits sit unused. Purchased Starter Pack credits are spent after those. A Pro plan is drawn on before either is touched.
When the cap is reached you can buy a Starter Pack top-up, and its credits stack on top of your plan.
Prices are set per store region and shown in your local currency by the store. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are requested from the store, not from us — we cannot issue one directly. If the store declines and you believe the product did not work as described, write to us and we will look at it and tell you what we can do; we do not promise a particular outcome. None of this limits any refund or cancellation right you have by law, including under UAE consumer protection law. A refunded purchase revokes what it unlocked, including any bonus credits it triggered.
When someone you refer signs in and completes a first score, you each receive one bonus credit. Bonus credits expire 30 days after they are granted; a referrer can earn at most 3. We may withdraw bonuses where we find manufactured referrals, such as accounts created to refer themselves. Asking a store for a refund is not by itself abuse and will not cost you bonuses on its own.
Your CV stays yours. Uploading it gives us permission to process it only to run the service for you — to parse, score, rewrite at your request, render and store it. Nothing more. We do not publish it, share it for anyone else's purposes, or use it to train AI models. The permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
Documents you generate are yours to use for your own job applications, without restriction from us and without paying us again. We cannot promise you copyright in AI-generated wording, because in many countries text produced by a model may not attract copyright at all — that is a question of law, not of our terms.
Our software, scoring rules, templates and layouts stay ours. You may use them through the app and share the documents they produce. You may not copy, resell or rebuild them as a competing product, or extract our prompts.
Changes. We may change these terms, prices and what a paid plan includes. For a change that materially reduces what you already paid for, we will give notice in the app before it takes effect, and it will not apply retroactively to a Pass or credits you have already bought. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it; if you do not, stop using it and ask the store about a refund.
Age. HazirCV is for adults. You must be 18 or over, and by using it you confirm that you are. We do not knowingly provide the service to anyone younger, and we close accounts we find that belong to someone under 18.
Records. We keep a record of the version of these terms and of the Privacy Policy you accepted, and when. Purchases are recorded by the store.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we process and where. You can export or delete everything from Settings at any time.
You can stop using HazirCV and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro Monthly subscription — that contract is with Apple or Google, and we cannot cancel it for you. Cancel it in your store subscription settings first, or the store will keep charging you. A Starter Pack and a Pro Pass are one-time purchases with nothing to cancel.
We may suspend an account that breaches section 3. Where it is practical and would not defeat the purpose, we tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right. If you think a suspension is wrong, reply to the notice or write to the support address and a person will look at it again. If we suspend you wrongly, we restore your access, your saved work and any unused purchased credits. If we close the service altogether, we will give notice in the app and refund unused purchased credits where the store allows us to.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.
