HazirCV is an AI CV maker run by Imran Khan, an individual developer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, from inside the app, in about a minute. Nothing is queued for review and nobody has to approve it.
The deletion runs immediately, while you wait. You are signed out and shown a receipt with a request id you can quote to us.
Cancel first, then delete. A Pro Monthly subscription is a contract between you and Google Play or the App Store, not with us, and our deletion cannot reach it. If you delete your account without cancelling, the store will keep charging you. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings, then come back and delete. A Starter Pack and a Pro Pass are one-time purchases with nothing to cancel.

Four things survive, none of which contains your CV:

Separately, Apple, Google and our payments provider RevenueCat keep their own transaction records under their own terms and legal obligations. Deleting your HazirCV account does not reach those.
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. In Your CVs, open any CV and delete it: that removes the CV, its application packs, its saved exports and the file you uploaded, and leaves the rest of your account alone. Optional details are reversible too — clear the Gulf personal fields, remove the profile photo, or turn off analytics and crash reporting in Settings.
Lost the device, cannot sign in, or the app will not start? Email support@hazircv.app and ask us to delete your account. We will verify that the account is yours before we act, which may mean asking you for something only the account holder would know. We will not act on a request we cannot verify, because that would let someone else delete your CVs.
